An eBook is an electronic, downloadable book which you can read either
on your computer or print out. Our eBooks are downloaded as a PDF file
which can be read using Adobe's Free Acrobat Reader.

or in printed format?
No, at this stage it isn't available anywhere but online as a downlaodable
eBook. If you want a printed version we are happy for you to print it
out or take it to a professional printer and have them print and bind
it for you.
Can I order over the phone or mail a check, money order or cash?
The only way that we can process orders is through PayPal
which limits us to online transactions. If you have concerns about internet
security please contact PayPal they will be happy to answer any questions about payment security.
